Hello Suzie,just have few things to ask.We receive yesterday a letter witch said that court hearing will take place this mounth,what is that means?can you give me some details about whats is that means?i will call my solicitor as well.thanks

I am sorry to hear that you have been told that there will be a court case coming up.

It would be a good idea to speak to your solicitor, as soon as you can, so they can tell you the reasons for it, what to expect and help you to prepare you in the best way.
