How can I help my LO?
Since CAO holder stopped weekday contact (explained on previous post), LO has became teary, more tantrums, staying up later despite being tired insisting that they want to play, and seems subdued at times and doesn’t respond when you talk to them. I’m worried, but as non resident parent what can I d...

Re: What actually are my rights?
So I’ve recently learnt that CAO holder has put on our child’s school forms that I do not have parental responsibility - when the reality is that we share PR. Issue has been raised with the school - will they help me? He’s now lying to people involved in her care

Findings made against me in May 2018 consist of: Dishonesty, Parental alienation Pool of perpetrators (along with childs step dad) I was granted 3 hours supervised contact a fortnight. This quickly p...

Re: Disability
Thanks for this.
I think my biggest concern is that I had a funding made against me that I was a liar because I kept telling them I couldn’t remember a certain conversation taking place and they didn’t believe me when the reality is that I really can’t remember it

Re: Contact progression?
If I took it to court regarding child A, would child B (who is with someone else) be brought into it? As I don’t want that.

Re: Contact progression?
Hello, Thank you for your response. Children’s services were aware of the change in contact, but did not undertake any sort of assessment. I don’t know if they would have been able to? It was a small scratch from a cat on the back of her hand that was gone the next day. Thank you for the additional ...

Disability
Hi, Basically I recently found out that I had dyslexia and dyscalculia. I was given an intelligence test and overall I’m average (101) but my working memory is incredibly low at 89. I’ve asked follow up questions to this as I’m concerned this may be connected to the trauma I’m experienced previously...
