Re: Don't know what to do

Dear Ichi, You say that things have moved forward. Your children are now on a child protection plan under the category of neglect. Here are FAQ's about child protection that you might find helpful. At the conference you disclosed the messages you had seen on mum’s phone. I suggest you also show the ...

Re: How to revoke a CO before it goes to an Sgo

Dear A123, Thank you for posting. I can see that the court made a care order in respect of your youngest child, until October 2018. Children services plan is for her carer (a relative) to apply for a special guardianship order at that time. You want to know whether you could apply to have your child...

Re: Will the judge return my children? No solicitor now to help add rim or of money!

Dear Goodmum 73 Thank you for your updating posts. I am sorry that the prohibited steps order was not discharged or your children returned to your care at the last hearing but I think the judge would not want the children to have too many changes. They are not currently with you and to make the deci...

Re: They are pushing me too far

Dear heartbroken80, I am sorry for the delay in responding to your post. I understood that your son was going to be returning home to you in a matter of weeks. This had been approved by the court. Has this plan been delayed and if so, do you know the reason? You say children services are pushing you...

Dear CH8126 Welcome to the Board and thank you for your post. Re: Child Protection Plan and husband's rights

Dear Stargirl79, Welcome to the Parents Board. I can see that Foreigner has given you sound advice and that you are already engaging with resources at the Lucy Faithfull Foundation. Let the social worker know this. It is not clear to me what the police are investigating at the moment. Are they conce...
