Hi Dmtam,
I'm sorry you feel like this. Just wanted to let you know that I have answered this in your other thread rather than repeat posting here.

Re: appeal
Hi Ange, Have you got the barristers advice in writing? If not can you get it in writing? Then could you show it to the CAB? Could they then refer you? Can the cab find any other organisation that may be able to help? Unfortunately, FRG are not in a position to take on cases to pursue through courts...

Re: How to help
Dear Dmtam, I can see that things are very difficult for you at the moment. However, you were not aware that your husband had physically abused your son and that is not your fault. Often a perpetrator can also be very manipulating and your ex may have done this in your sons case-to make him keep qui...

Re: Need advice fast PLEASE
Hi Juliejac66, I am glad that you are starting to see the other side of the assessment and that children’s services have assessed you and your family as not being a risk to your grand daughter. Hopefully, soon you can have contact again with her. Remind the social worker next week, when you see her,...

Re: How to help
Dear Dmtam , I am sorry that you have had such a difficult time due to your husband’s behaviour. You are lucky that you have been strong enough to move on and are in a better position now to deal with the information about the physical abuse that your son has disclosed. However, you may still yourse...

Re: Contact order
Hi Fymlor, Sorry for the delay in getting back to you. The short answer to your question is no, the court wouldn't make an order to stop the Local Authority (LA) suspending contact. But by having a contact order, contact would have to take place at set times (and place if stated) that the court has ...

Re: appeal
Hi Ange, I'm not sure which organisation my colleague mentioned to you. I will give you details of ones I think it could be. A referral to the Bar Pro Bono Unit needs to come from either: 1. the CAB; 2. a Law Centre; 3. your MP. Here is a link to the Bar Pro Bono website for more information. You ca...

Dear TKH, Welcome to Family Rights Group parents discussion board. Re: Contact order
Hi Fymlor, Thanks for posting on the board again. I noticed on your other thread that contact with your older children has been stopped by bail conditions because of an ongoing criminal case. Presumably, your 5 year old is another child you are asking about and not affected by the bail conditions? C...
