Re: appeal
It sounds very complex (and frustrating) if even the court office are getting it wrong. I suggest you speak to the pro bono unit where you can some times get free legal representation. http://www.barprobono.org.uk/ Good luck and please post back if you need further assistance. You may also want to c...

Re: i need help getting my children out of foster care
Hi Maggy, Thanks for providing that extra information. The only way you could have the children returned to your care would be to apply to court to have the Care Order discharged. Unfortunately right now, you cannot do that. The reason is that a Care Order has to be made for 6 months before you can ...

Hi Maggy, I’m sorry you are having such a difficult time. In order to advise you it would be useful if I could have a bit more information, so could you answer the following questions and then I’ll reply again: • Has a final Care Order been made? If so, when did this happen? • Were you represented b...

Re: will it happen again?
Thanks for posting back. I am glad that things have changed and that you are now clean and no longer using alcohol either. When your children were taken into care you were misusing drugs and it also sounds like you were in an abusive relationship. Things appear very different now. However, children’...

Hi
I have moved this thread to the "are social workers worried about your child" board as it is a more appropriate place for it and I think more people will see it there.
