suzie,thanks for your reply.there is a law centre in manchester but they apparently will not see you;they only deal with certain aspects of the law of which family law is not one.The CAB will not refer me to the pro-bono unit unless I show them all the court documents.I understand I am disqualified ...

we suffered from the same sort of thing( fraudulent statements) in a different context where we were in a court setting from the start.You must try and knock it on the head from an early stage and as you will appreciate this will be by no means easy.One problem we had was that even our own solicitor...
