Re: Removed from family home by Police & Children Services

I have not read all your posts but if CS have the tiniest doubt your wife ...

Re: Unlawful state (local authority) surveillance

Yes the local authority also use private investigators to gain video and photographic evidence that can be used in court to prove if either you or your wife have broken and court order or agreement. The LA can apply to court for an emergency protection order to remove the children using this evidence.

Re: Christmas Contact

I am surprised December is a contact free zone, have CS given a reason for this? Contact was always promoted throughout this period in my case. I can't see how it would be in the children's best interest not to have contact through this period, I would suggest speaking to the IRO if you get no joy w...

Re: Cancelled Contact

Hi, Do you have a contact agreement in place ? If so it should have something along the lines of "if contact is to be cancelled at least 2 hours notice (this was on mine!!) is required" of course this applies to both parent and CS. I have just looked at my old one, it also says things abou...

The emotional upheaval involved when taking part in assessments,'meetings and various discussions eventually takes it toll. I should be concentrating on my lovely new h...

Re: Domestic Violence and social services incvolved - please

If your partner is charged CS will probably continue to be involved, they will attend hearings etc or send a rep to check if your supporting him, for example his solicitor may ask you to supply statements to court stating this is out of character and a one off event. This evidence would be used agai...
