Re: Complain or not complain?

I was thinking of contacting her Link worker at the local authority, but they were so clicky at meetings I don't feel confident it would get me anywhere.

Re: Advice needed

Hi, I think it would be realistic to expect CS to be involved at some level and to complete an assessment of risk, the fact they have not yet contacted you means either yourself or your partner have not been entirely open, as a registered sex offender your partner has a level of responsibility place...

Complain or not complain?

Hi, I was just wondering if it is worth my time complaining about my child's old foster carer? Re: Fathers rights after prison

Hi Macalica, I have read your post and have a little understanding of your situation, I think it is important that you accept the future is not going to be easy, and any contact between your partner and the children will be supervised, probably in a contact centre until such time that the children r...

Re: To visit him in jail or risky?

Hi, If you have signed an agreement with CS then I would not visit this man in prison. This will raise all kinds of concerns regarding your relationship with him once he is released. I would also avoid any contact with him as the prison will have a duty if asked by CS to share information with them....

Re: Social Workers involving themselves with my family

Hi Worried dad, I am not an expert and I am sure Suzie will be along shortly to offer you more advice on this subject. I have my own experiences of CS and would simply advise you to cooperate fully, I know you feel the assistance of pastoral care is not required, but if you refuse it could be seen a...

Re: can I ask a question? about care proceedings

askmelater, Hi, I think you already know the answer, from your response to some of the previous questions asked at least you have some reservations. I have personal experience of this and would say what you are experiencing from CS is a very real threat and if CS begin to build a case against you an...
