Re: How much time needs to pass?

Also, no the therapy wasn’t court ordered - I self-referred. Unfortunately my legal team won’t speak to me as my legal aid is gone now

Re: How much time needs to pass?

Hi, Thank you for your reply. The judge made specific moment about me needing to “sustain” the changes I’ve made, which I feel will be easy to do as I initially put these changes in place by myself - I just have to keep doing what I’m doing. Unfortunately my therapist discharged me as I couldn’t mak...

Re: Contact progression?

Just wanted to add that I was left in a pool of perpetrators for injuries another child suffered. I know it wasn’t me, and I actually have a text off CAO stating they believe it wasn’t me also. Hope this info helps, any advice appreciated.

How much time needs to pass?

He adds that I can have a child “one day”. I want to take it back to court one d...

Re: Mental health & review meetings

Thank you for the response Suzie, I’m still considering options as I am attending therapy at the moment too. It’s such a shame that so many parents do feel discriminated against because of their mental health, which makes them fear getting help in the future too

Mental health & review meetings

For the past few months on the build up to review meetings (that are on going due to supervision order) my mental health has deteriorated- specifically about a week before the meeting - my anxiety goes through the roof and when it comes to the day, approaching the building makes my legs shake so muc...
