Re: "Radical" court decision

Suzie, I was wondering if you wouldn't mind advising me with the following? At court, 6 weeks ago, the Guardian was talking about my 'insight'. The judge asked her, both for him and me, to clarify what she meants by 'insight'. She did not. However, what she did say was that it was clear that I "have...

Re: My children have been taken and I don't know how to cope

Can I ask why they gave you a non-mol order? I'm so sorry you're experiencing this

Re: "Radical" court decision

I forgot to mention - I now get to see my daughter once a week. The overseeing social worker did not support this decision but my daughters dad (who has residency of her and a child arrangement order) overruled her as my daughter has been specifically asking for me. She's not even 3 yet, it breaks m...

Re: "Radical" court decision

Thank you so much for the response - it has been the most difficult and harrowing experience. It'll be 6 weeks tomorrow since we were in court and there's still no sign of the judgement. I received a letter from my solicitor yesterday informing me that, in light of my sons inquest, she has requested...

Re: HAS ANYONE HAD KIDS RETURNED AFTER PROCEEDINGS????????

Also, just to reassure you that it is possible - I know someone who first contacted me via FRG who, although the care proceedings have not finalised, their children are back under supervision (a family member has had to move in) so yes, it is possible

Re: HAS ANYONE HAD KIDS RETURNED AFTER PROCEEDINGS????????

Hi, I am so sorry to hear what you are going through. Regarding their unqualified comments that you are 'mentaly unstable' and a 'drug taker' - get yourself to the GP! Explain to your GP what is going on and ask that you are referred for an assessment and a test - the you can proof SS wrong!

Re: "Radical" court decision

It'll be a month tomorrow since the judgement was reserved - currently no sign of a judgement. On Monday we had my sons inquest; he died due to suffocation because his dad left him face down on the floor </3 I feel like my entire world has shattered all over again

Re: Partner smacked and pushed my two year old. Can social services force me not to see him?

I suggest your partner starts working on completing courses; the NSPCC provided a few affordable online courses - that would be a good starting point. Be prepared for social services to accuse you of not being able to see the risk, however. You could argue this by saying that he won't be present whe...

Re: "Radical" court decision

I feel so lost without my children and so empty. I know I did things wrong in the past and I know it wasn't a good environment for my daughter and late son. I've done everything I possibly can; I went through each finding one by one and sought out courses to complete to address each one and took act...
