That is absolutely crazy I cant believe there leaving ur son in this place where there is a risk to his welfare after all they removed him at cause of there apparent risk factors but yet they have him living with someone who has maybe stabbed a parent and is being physically violent with your son , ...

I can't imagine how u must cope with them n it returning your son home , I know someone at present who is just about to go through the same thing her son is quite voikent to his siblings and his mum and they are talking of removing him to care because he is a risk to his siblings n she tells me they...

Yes they were put on child in need for the reason being my partners crimes and we still lived in a vurable area but as the family that this happened with got a closing order put on them and were evicted we are still in same house at present hope this helps

He was found guilty , he got 18 mths suspended sentence to be supervised by probation, he also got told he had to do a course called resolve and 150 hours community order , yes we asked to move area not because of us exactly it was because they were scared my partner would 're offend we worked very ...

Hiya yes should have updated this ages ago , yes in August he returned home and just there last mth social services closed there case with us, I hope everything works out for you hun

It's doesn't necessarily mean because your partner has had children removed from her care that you will not be able to raise this baby I know that children's services will roughly become involved when your partner is 5 mths plus pregnant so in the mean time I would make sure she snows great improvem...

Yes school or children's services do not have to inform you of there visits to you child at school in a child protection case but you can say that you are not happy with it being just social worker and child and you would like a member of school staff that your child is comfy with to be present
