Re: Husband downloading child images

Dear seadog, It still took months in our case before any charges because the prosecution took its time but I guess that depends on how busy they are. Also about the “contact” condition - my partner has restrictions only about the internet including not to contact any children using internet without ...

Re: I am a sex offender father please help me

Perfectlysafedad I am not gonna argue with you but I will say what my opinion is: anyone who has accessed IIOC including my partner and I do love him to bits, poses a risk, be it small or not, to children because those people have sexualised children, they did not see the helpless innocent children ...

Re: I am a sex offender father please help me

Dear Kami2018, Correct me if I am wrong but from reading your posts I got the impression that you are involved with children services due to your partner committing a violent crime? If this is the case I wonder where does all your expertise on IIOC come from because you do post a lot on that subject...

Re: children services

Even if the mother is allowed to supervise contact this does not mean that they will close the case and it does not mean that this will not change. If you do not accept that he poses a risk to your children however big or small they will be very concerned that you are unable to protect your children...

It will probably cost crazy amount of money but why don’t you try an international law solicitor? Someone who knows the laws in either country and could offer advice?

Re: Child Protection Plan and husband's rights

Dear Stargirl79, “What can I do to prove that I will do anything to protect my son and that he is my number one priority?” - this is a million dollars question! I am in a similar situation so my advice is - work with children services, admit and also accept that regardless of what you think because ...

Hi Mitzi, Firstly - hat off to you for doing such an amazing job and for cooping with everything that follows such an offence and also for not giving up on your husband and your marriage. I am the partner of a man who is facing court for possession of IIOC. I am no professional nor am I familiar wit...

Thanks for your post LittleMissQ! It’s so relieving and helpful to know that there are cases where the families can actually reunite and live together!
