Re: What else can I do?
Hi The care plan said there was a contingency plan for a possible care order if there was no progress made, there were concerns for my sons safety or if I were to remove section 20 consent. A decision from the previous meeting was to consider the continuation of the s20 or to apply for a care order ...

What else can I do?
I have previously done the freedom programme. There is a course called survivors toolkit that is designed for people who have previously been in an abusive relationship that I have applied to do. Also, I am considering making a report to the police against my ex for all the times he sexually assault...

Re: confused
Hi, there were no problems with the child arrangement order other than the carers decided they could no longer look after him. The supervision order is now finished so I don't understand why they did not act to rectify the legal issues before it ended? There are meetings yes, but as they take place ...

confused
I've posted here before about how my 2 children are on sgo and my oldest is on section 20 (after child arrangement order broke down). It's been a year and a half since all of this was finalised. I was in an abusive relationship. SS got involved after my ex was caught with indecent images. Because of...

Difficult situation
My kids are under an SGO and in court it was decided I should see them once a month. This was all going well until I began to stand up to my ex's financial abuse that he tried to continue long after I left him. My kids are with his sister and my first visit with my kids after I stood up to her broth...

My rights
My children are subject to a sgo and family court ruled I see them once a month. The family member of my ex who they now live with is trying to get me to reduce these visits to once every two months. Can she legally do this or is a court order valid until my kids are 18? They have only tried to do t...

Re: three days left to decide
Thank you for your replies. One issue that greatly worries me is my oldest daughter. She is 15 and has expressed to me that if I was to ever have a baby she would be very upset with me. She has been through too much already and I don't want to hurt her. I think that in three years when she is 18 and...

Re: three days left to decide
I have no involvement with ss at all now. They are aware my partner has children and don't seem bothered by it.

Re: three days left to decide
The sgo is meant to be long term. Apparently if I want it overturned I have to apply to get leave of court first. I see my children once a month, usually go to the park or a museum. The only other concerns they had were about me not keeping on top of day to day things, but that was caused by the bre...
