Advice on child returning home from s20

Is there any limits on the time they can keep s20 ongoing? Should i have signed another agreement when my son returned home from s20? I am now transferred to the child and family team and wondered where i legally stand with my s20... can i end it? My kids were safeguarded pending a police investigat...

Also suzie my family solicitor says the PLO went well and that when the investigation is over I should immediately tell social worker we should work in getting the kids home asap

Thanks Suzie for replying...when we went in to PLO the legal representative of children's services said the reason for meeting was to say what is expected of us to prevent court proceedings, we have done all that was asked of us from conference...parenting 10week course also IFST drug and alcohol ab...
