Go fund 4 me is a great place to ask for help. You can post it on your facebook and also write a blog about your experiences and battle (do...

School violating data protection
Hi, Well social services came and took me to court. Rather then combatting any evidence I worked with social workers to agree on moving to the states with my children and my mother being the SGO. Social Services paid for the tickets for me and the kids and even promised money to ship our belongings....

Re: New social worker gave me anxiety disorder
Hi there, I can't help but read your article and really feel for you being in this situation. It sounds as if your stepfather is a perv and the social worker is not taking it seriously. I would write her an email and attach the text messages as well as mention the red flags. Also make sure you email...

Hi Beth, I am sure Suzie will send you the link to requesting your records. In my experience with my own local authority they are very funny about this and sometimes don't do it! Stress---- I made sure my thinking was realistic. My thought patterns were about what should be happening, what is happen...

Re: Previous DV with SS involvement
If I were you I would call social services and arrange a meeting. Tell them your not involved with your ex however was wondering if he was able to prove he is better and has expressed a wish to come back into the family home is it a possibility and what would be the correct process. You may speak to...

Re: New social worker gave me anxiety disorder
unfortunately you have hit a rock and a hard place. On one hand they accept that involvement with social services can be emotional. On the other hand they expect you to deal with it and any concerns they raise as the absolute truth. It causes anxiety, paranoia, uncertainty however as a healthy adult...

Re: Social Services Might Take away our forth coming child
This is the luck of the draw really. It depends on the social work team who is working on your case especially management, their personal bias, and the psyche assessor who will specialize in sexual risk assessments. You may find that they are open minded once looking at the circumstances in your pre...

Terrible just terrible! Tell her to make contact like suzy said the most important time. Do not become depressed or anxious or cry through any of this or that will be used against her. So will her family history and any nhs records pertaining to her history. The NHS doctors saw nothing wrong so that...

Re: how does one show they can sustain change
Hi there, Thank you for your response Suzie, We went to court on Monday for an arrangements hearing and everyone including the ex husband is in agreement over the plans to go to America. It would be silly to fight the evidence against me as a result and so I have no chance for a fair trial where the...

Re: Can some one explain things to me pls
I wouldn't want SS involved either after so many peoples experience with them. I'm sorry you feel this way about your son but isn't there anything you can do to make a plan to have your 15 year old come back home to you. He must have been through an awful time in his life and feel so unloved. Perhap...
