Yes temporary (now been nearing 11 months) When he was placed into there care a rough aggreement was wrote on a scrap of paper and signed by me, his father, his grandparents etc? Does this make it legal? I am not aware of this being re-typed up at a later date either. Just a scrap of paper with bull...

My son is in 'temporary care' (only meant to be for a weekend now 10/11 months) with his paternal grandparents. Yes i'm in the same situation as you. It's awful isn't it! He is in temporary care with his paternal grandparents, was only ment to be for a weekend. Now its been 10 months. His grandparents are making up lies to keep him and i really need an answer to my question which is... There is no court order...

Just to add to that, my social worker never sees me. It says in the plan she must do every 2 weeks but she never does.

Social services have made me change my address, engaged in parenting assessments etc, give my child to his grandparents and put me through hell and back with no proof and only a child protection plan. What i'm learning now is the way they cornered me into signing a vollentary placement to hi grandpa...

Quick answer, no. Social services have made me change my address, engaged in parenting assessments etc, give my child to his grandparents and put me through hell and back with no proof and only a child protection plan. What i'm learning now is the way they cornered me into signing a vollentary place...
