What can I do before it goes to court

Hi s.s have said they are taking my daughter to court there is no date yet can I het my grandchildren to live with me before a date is given? 1 to keep them with family and 2 in the hope my daughter will find it easier to get them back what can o do??? Desperate for advice on this.

I have just spoken to my son who has said how he was not allowed to do things but there natural son was they had a go at him for opening Xmas presents from me and not waiting they took his x box 1 off him and said it wad to be shared with their kids etc he put up with this for 2 years he is still sc...

Hi Well they had reduced contact without telling me based on something that had happened 2 years before and had been resolved but due to leaving my son with foster carers who mentally abused him they decided to blame me. Typical of social services unfortunately they don't like to be proved wrong the only thing I can suggest is you take it back to court yourself..... it costs £215 last time I checked and have all medical info etc they may want proof that you are no longer with your partner etc good luck

Hi I have been there lied to contact reduced etc etc all I did was find out what they should be doing and making sure they understood I was aware of there ways ....... Hi I am now really confused my son has been in foster care for 4 years I have fought every step of the way the original order was 4 x year contact they refused to up the contact bout then reduced it without telling me. And suddenly I now have any contact holidays etc with no boundaries and don't get...

Yes and I was forced to do so when in hospital he has now been on care 4 years with very very limited contact (and they apparently lost the paperwork) he was with foster carers for 2 years before being pulled out due to their way with him I have asked the LGO to 're look at complaints and sent them ...

Hi all I had a meeting yesterday regarding my son they admitted they left him for 2 years with inappropriate carers they have treated myself and his siblings badly previous managers and social workers have now gone and new team in place (due to really bad Ofsted) and although I only have 3 supervise...

I spoke to the s.w etc and the concerns are with the carers. They are sending him on holiday for a rew weeks to give them time to find a replacement. And again it will be just before he starts school in September he knows nothing that is going on until the day he leaves (nest Tuesday) they have now ...
