SGO Advice

My daughter passed away 2022 social service’s have been with us until now.we have just been granted an SGO for her 4 children aged 2,3,6,and 7 we haven’t received any weekly payments iv been told about just wondering how and where I apply for this.thank you

There was no payment plan put in place when the SGO was granted?
