Lost sgo papers

Hi all we have lost are sgo papers and we need to get a passport . Can we get a copy? How do I get a copy

I would start by contacting the court that made the order. I think they can issue a copy for a fee, but they will tell you how best to proceed.
Former F&F carer, foster carer, adopter and respite carer for umpteen children. Now retired and when with kids, making sure they 'go home' at the end of the day.
