Just had a lack reviw chair asked about my assessment. s/w said there not sending me back to panal as they cant agree. That if gs isnt returned they will support a sgo. chair said has me been offered to go to another panal out of the area. i was not offered this. what would be better for me wait till the final hearing or ask for another panal out of that area ?????

id like to thanks ed53 suzie and everyone else that has given me advice also to all in the advice help line, s/w guardian and all others at the meeting, are all agreed that my g/s is to be return back with his parents and to move in with me, just the judge to agree next week. then s/w has to put things in place in my area so hoping by july he will out of care and back with his family. this has been the worst and the longest year of my life. im still going to panal on 8th july as a back up
thankyou again i will let you all know what thee judge says on 1st june

hi all, court went well. Things were tweaked, my panel has been brought forward to tomorrow 10th june. as they feel my gs should be home asap so instead of waiting to set everything up in a new area i will be the prime carer and to supervise parents with my gs, judge said he supports all this, He also said there is no need to go back to court if i pass the panel, Just place gs with me. back in court 15th july to hopefully pass sole care to parents. they will still live with me untill they find a home of there own. i think the fc going on holiday for 3 weeks end of july has made this happen quicker. fc has been told she wont be taking my gs with her, Am hoping in 3 weeks we will all be home
