Today made it all worthwhile!

Today is my birthday, since I got divorced my mum makes sure i get some small gift and cards from my kids.
Today was awesome! I went out to lunch with a friend and got home about 6pm. The kids were waiting for me, each one kissed me and gave me a card, that would have been enough in itself, (they're teenage boys, come on!) but my nephew gave me a card that said ' you're like a mother to me'!
When I spoke to my mum she said she got him two, one said Aunt and one said happy birthday, so we guess he just went out and bought his own card, which makes it even more special.
That makes all the stuff I've been through worthwhile! I know where I'm at now and this has been the best birthday ever.
