Can anyone, grandparents specially, who has had to contact Children's Services regarding behaviour of their adult child (children's parent) contact me ASAP please?

My daughter was behaving erratic and I was told her partner was a drug dealer who had a gun in the house so I contacted child services because I was worried about my grandaughter.
