Dear In_My_Heart,

I am so sorry to hear about your dilemma. You must be very worried about the welfare of your grandchild.

It is not clear from your post whether you have made any disclosure to children’s services.
You may want to discuss your concerns with the NSPCC which you can do confidentially.

You can also make a referral to children services without disclosing who you are or you could ask that your identity is not disclosed to the parents and by law your request should be respected.

Best wishes,

Suzie
