Positive sgo assessment and first contact....

Hi all. I know that if the assessment is positive, that i would begin to have small amounts of contact with the child to build up relationships (hes only a few wks old at the moment) When would this happen? After the final hearing/during the assessment process?
How long after the final hearing would the child be able to come home with me? (Assuming the sgo is granted)

The child is in 1 local authority, I am in another.

When you say quite quickly, is that days/wks/months?
