This is a worrying development

Postby Robin D » Mon May 16, 2016 6:36 pm

What is David Cameron with today's announcement?

Surely this undoes all the good work with SGO's although I guess they are not 'permanent'!

Can we expect a response from FRG in the fullness of time. Lots of letters to MP's required methinks? .

Not many of us will be opening the door and sending our charges through at age 18 ! The chap is misguided and that is being polite.

Thanks for highlighting this Robin.

FRG will be working with the Kinship Care Alliance to draft amendments and briefings, including ways kinship carers can effectively lobby government, once the Bill is published. We’ll publish these on our website once drafted.

Best Wishes
