What is the level of PR held pay the LA under an ICO?
Can CS overrule a parent?
I had been granted permission for contact via CS gaining permission from the court and the mother has said no.
CS are taking legal advice but have said it will be difficult to overrule without going back to court

Another waiting game!!!!
Maybe they feel it is better not to rock the boat!?

Doesn't bode well for the future, but I didn't think she would agree to me having contact.
Court process ongoing, CS plan is for the child to come to us long term.

CS asked the court, the court aid yes. But then when BM was asked for her consent she said no.
Child not yet subject to full care order, only ICO.
Court process ongoing to acquire full CO.
Ongoing delays have meant child has been in care a year now, so CS wanted to set up contact since plan is ford the little girl to come to me.
CS frustrated at BM denying but I expect they need to let her off with this one.
Final hearing shoudl be around May!
I was looking forward to seeing the little girl but I will just have to wait.
