Suggestion to improve the site

The regulars here often advise people to contact the advice line and/or read advice sheets. Could the Advice Line number and hours be shown in the the header somewhere and can we also have an active link to the advice sheets page somewhere visible on each page please?

The administrator also thinks this is a really good suggestion. We are developing a new site that should be up and running soon and we will make the addition to the new site.
