Re: Back in court again!
<t>Hi Cellbar, Spain is quite close as far as abroad is concerned say 2 and a half hours flight so the mother could come out a few times a year if she wanted to and its not prohibitively expensive. From the overview of the cases that fatcat refers to it looks like that you need to demonstrate to the ...

Re: stage 2 complaint
<t>Hi Clairspex,I would lodge a complaint with the Ombudsman, that way the council will know not to mess you about. I can not over stress how difficult it has been to bring our complaint both in terms of time and emotional stress. If I had my time again I would take legal action against the council ...

Re: Father sues over starvation death
<t>Yes I agree but the council responsible, not disclosing their disciplinary action even when a child dies, suppose it would be inappropriate to let the father know that suitable action had been taken,it beggars belief that they still have their jobs and whilst they did not cause the death, they ar...

Re: Father sues over starvation death
I feel bad about this, its all too much to think of,what that little girl went through, I would like to get all of those responsible for this and make them wish they had never been borne.

Re: ongoing contact issues
<t>Thanks yes I agree,he is obsessed with the fact that we have an SGO and protect his granddaughter from his son.Funny thing is neither he his son or his wife have ever offered any support to us, they seem to be more concerned with getting unsupervised contact at the expense of the child's emotiona...

Re: Early stages - Case Conference - Urgent update
<t>Hi sorry I have jumped in here at this late stage and I have not read the full story but to answer your question. The ss will see your daughters refusal to cooperate as a potential added risk to the child and it is her call. It is difficult to separate yourself from the worries that your daughter...

Re: ss strike again!
<t>Sorry to hear this, the s.s. here are overstepping their powers and they should pay big time, there a a host of cases where the ss have acted like this where they were found to be at fault so best of luck.<br/> <br/> Get an independent expert social worker to produce a report and a respected child...

Re: ongoing contact issues
<t>Thanks for the support,I know its all a threat really and my solicitor says the judge will probably jump on it and stop it all.<br/> He is very hostile and really my best defense has been silence, preferring to let him rant and as the guardian put it, we are the ones with the power and we are exp...
