Re: Ss have potentially given out my location in assessment!
Thank you. In looking for an answer i have come across several similar cases. Ive spoken with the sw and their legal team. They are all scrambling to find out if it has been shared with bp's. If it has, the sw has told me she can't guarantee it wont have an impact on the outcome of the courtcase and...

Ss have potentially given out my location in assessment!
Hi, I have recieved my family/connected person assessment (positive) and it shows information that could narrow down where i live to 3 front doors! Most information has been redacted for security but they left in some info that, when put into google, tells you everything (along with the other info i...

Although money springs to mind!

Re: CAO process
Thats what im thinking. That im being fobbed off.
It was initially for an sgo which i was happy with.
I am meeting with a solicitor today after hearing my assessment was positive, so hopefully she can shed some light on it. Thanks x

Re: CAO process

My mum was assessed but hers was negative. I have been assessed and its positive. Her assessment started back in June! Mine started about ...

Re: CAO process
Hi suzie. Thanks for replying. I have read the email again and it states that it would be a cao with a supervision order for a set time, after which i can apply for an sgo. We have been told that the child will not be returning to bp and the only other option is adoption. With what you have said, i ...
