I wonder if anyone can give me any assistance or guidance - in December 2008 my nephew (22 months) was taken into Local Authority Care. In January 2009 it was agreed that me and my husband would be his carers, resulting in Kinship Carers and then in March 2010 Special Guardianship Order was granted....
