An exciting opportunity has opened to work for Camden Family Group Conference Service.

We are looking for talented FGC Accredited Coordinators to work as a member of our team of Independent FGC Coordinators.
Are you passionate about Adult FGC, what about Lifelong Links or Children’s FGC, then you are the person for Camden.

We are an established FGC Team and have Independent FGC Coordinators to deliver the service for the people of Camden in Adult Social Care,
Lifelong Links and across Children’s Social Work Services.

You will liaise with practitioners, adults, young people, families and professionals to arrange and facilitate Family Group Conferences.
You will have excellent communication skills to motivate and encourage participants who have multiple difficulties ensuring
they are inclusive partners in their decision-making process.
