Hammersmith and Fulham Council is seeking tender submissions for qualified and experienced self employed Independent Family Group Conference Coordinators

Closing Date: 15th June 2020 at 5pm

Independent Coordinators will be responsible for delivering timely Family Group Conferences from a variety of referral points across Hammersmith and Fulham’s Children’s Services. This may include but are not limited to; edge of care, Public Law Outline, Child in Need, Child Protection, step-down and to support closure.

Essential to this is ensuring that the child’s voice is central to the Family Group Conference process enabling them to participate and contribute at their Family Group Conference meeting to share their views, wishes and feelings

During this time of change and restrictions on physical contact/support due of to the global pandemic, Hammersmith and Fulham remains committed to delivering support and connection to our most vulnerable family’s via Family Group Conferencing. As such, as a coordinator you must be confident using and supporting others to use various ways to bring people together in this way.
