Virtual FGC and Lifelong Links network meeting, 31st March 2021 from 12pm to 2pm

“ Reducing infant separation at birth: what role can FGC’s play?”

This network meeting will focus on the role that FGCs can play in reducing the incidence of infant separation at birth. We will hear about the important work that Claire Mason from Lancaster University has been doing (for papers that Claire has produced go to https://www.lancaster.ac.uk/arts-and-so ... aire-mason) and from Edinburgh's FGDM service about how they reduced the number of babies coming into the care system through early use of FGDMs.
Due to the current outbreak of Covid-19, we will be holding our quarterly network meetings online until government guidelines indicate that it is safe to resume meeting in person. The meetings will be held on Zoom and the link and agenda will be circulated the week before the meeting.
