FGC and Lifelong Links network meetings - your views

Following on from my email earlier, please do feel free to respond to this post with your feedback and comments on how we can improve the network meetings going forward. Thank you to everyone who has already made suggestions via email and the feedback forms, we really appreciate your input. Good afternoon, we feel the updates from each area take far too long, and people tend to go off on a tangent. Often we hear the same thing from the previous meeting. We think its just useful to know peoples names and where they are from, this would leave much more time for the main agenda item and networking during lunch and break. Also we feel a full day (allowing for travelling time 10am - 3/4pm) would be more useful and we could spend time on the topic in the morning and planning and discussions in the afternoon, as the meetings feel rushed towards the end, often with people leaving and missing the most important parts of the meeting.
