Future network meetings for 2017

Seminar: Whose meeting is it? How should we balance the needs of families and referrers in FGCs?
For this meeting we will be joined by a group of social workers and by family members from Camden FGC service to consider the following questions:
• How do we ensure the FGC doesn’t simply become a vehicle for furthering the local authority agenda rather than genuinely empowering the family?
• Given that implementation science tells us that stakeholder buy in is critical to ensure genuine system change - How does the attitude of those making referrals to FGCs and the prevailing culture of the agency implementing FGCs influence their use in practice?
