Starting salary: £28,048 per annum

Number of Hours: 37 hours per week

Details
An exciting opportunity has arisen in the North-West Kent FGC Team for the post of Family Group conference Co-ordinator. As well as having excellent communication and organisations skills, you will be a good negotiator and the ability to manage conflict and bring parties together in a respectful way, while remaining neutral at all times.
Social Work qualification is not essential, although you will need experience of working with vulnerable children and their families. You will be expected to convene 30 FGCs pa. The ability to travel across a wide geographical area in a timely and flexible manner at various times of the day is essential.
